The IT Services Department at our institute has a rich history of growth and innovation, evolving alongside the rapid advancements in technology and the increasing needs of students, faculty, and staff. Established in the early 2000s as a small technical support unit, its primary focus was on maintaining computer labs and providing basic network connectivity. Over time, as academic programs expanded and digital transformation became essential to education, the department broadened its scope to include advanced network infrastructure, secure data management, e-learning platforms, and modern communication systems. Today, the IT Services team plays a central role in supporting teaching, research, and administration, ensuring that technology is seamlessly integrated into every aspect of campus life while maintaining high standards of security, reliability, and user support.
