The institute is built in two new buildings in a modern way and with an educational and modern standard, each building consists of three floors, each with its own park and entrance area, i.e. five entrance gates. It has more than 15 laboratory halls and all the equipment imported abroad and standardised by international universities, and all the requirements that a technical institute student needs are prepared in both buildings

The first building contains the following sections:

First floor: dedicated to the deputy dean, library, cafeteria and service sections.

Second floor: dedicated to Computer Science, Information Technology departments, IT unit , Legal unit, Media and Communications unit, with 10 theoretical classrooms, Lecturers\' offices and Cafeterias

Third floor: special for Petroleum, Business Administration, Accounting and Interior Design departments, with 10 classrooms, conference and seminar halls.

In general, the second building is dedicated to medical departments, which includes the following sections:

First floor: special for Deanery office ,Registration and administration, and Scientific Affairs and Quality Assurance.

Second floor: special for Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory and Nursing departments, with several theoretical classrooms and a pharmacy for the Pharmacy department.

Third floor: This floor consists of several theoretical classrooms and four medical laboratories with the latest medical standards.
